- CORRECTIVE LENSES -

Avoid The Limitations Of Corrective Lenses
If you need corrective lenses, wear contact lenses to play better basketball.
Eye glasses correct your vision but simultaneously distort your vision by changing the apparent size of the world you see; spherical aberration.  If you’re near sighted, eye glasses make the world appear smaller than reality.  If you’re far sighted, eye glasses make the world appear larger than reality.  The eye / hand coordination required to play better basketball is difficult enough without having to play basketball in a visually impaired reality.
Contact lenses correct your vision without causing spherical aberration.  If you wish to protect your eyes on the basketball court you can always wear basketball goggles with clear lenses, however you need to be certain your basketball goggles do not hinder your peripheral vision.
Contact lenses also allow you to fully utilize your peripheral vision which instantly makes you a better basketball player.
